Raven's Poem Thread~

My first in this topic:
A portal of timeless memories,
Shifting and gliding, leaving nothing in its wake.
‘The heart is a lonely hunter’, they say;
But a life that is less earned is one filled with grey haze.
With every vision is a new reality
That sets upon a vigorous peak, ready to demount and drift away.
[Author's Note: I kind of just jotted this one down a couple weeks ago(maybe a month?); sorry for the lack of editing. If any one has any ideas further for this, drop a suggestion!]

It sounds very nice. Honestly, I've always had a difficult time reading poetry, but I enjoyed the flow and rhythm of it. If you write more, I will read more.
